      Pros

      Well paid; worked with a great group of people (the majority of which were from the previous company that Ipsen bought out).

      Cons

      French headquarters wanted to call all the shots, even thought they did not know the US culture/market. They were very bureaucratic and countless of committees that took ages to make decisions.

      Pros

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      Cons

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
