      Pros

      Ipsen is a patient centered company with tremendous ambition and energy. Employees can make a significant impact in the development of the company and benefit for their own development. The default attitude is trust and empower people to get things done and improve the lives of patients.

      Cons

      At the current state of maturity a lot needs to be accomplished, at the same time the growth dynamic needs to be maintained. This is demanding and fun but also impacts work life balance.

      Pros

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      Cons

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
