      Pros

      Clear direction and ambition for the business. Opportunity to develop and learn is there if you want to take it. The growth of Ipsen means that it is a hugely exciting place to be with so much potential. I definitely feel part of the future of Ipsen and there is a strong sense of commitment to doing the right thing for our patients as well as the business.

      Cons

      The ambition and pace of growth means it is a busy place with opportunity to stretch up but if you aren’t willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty it’s not the right place for you.

      Pros

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      Cons

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
