      Pros

      Mid-size multicultural patient-driven company where everybody counts and is asked to make a difference. Competitive salary and benefits (in one of the most well-paying industries!) Loads of autonomy to deliver and take decisions given if you earn it.

      Cons

      -Too much and undeserved focus on the US market. Unacceptable behaviors (especially in the US) are tolerated. -The US leader should be fired right away. -CEO

      Pros

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      Cons

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
