Thank you for taking the time to review us. We try to offer all the advantages that you list and I hope that you take full advantage of the training and the projects in your daily activities.
We are aware that the recent pace of change can be overwhelming as we are growing at a fast pace, and we know that we must improve on making internal opportunities more visible and more transparent. We intend to resolve this through the introduction of new HR systems and tools.
Thank you for raising these issues. We are also looking into ways of addressing recognition and individual contributions, if you have any suggestions on how we could best do this then please don't hesitate to tell us.
The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.
The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
