      J’ai été particulièrement bien accueilli tout au long du processus de recrutement chez Ipsen, cela m’a permis de me projeter rapidement dans l’entreprise. Les échanges ont été clairs, constructifs et reflètent une ambiance de travail positive et motivante. J’ai perçu une réelle bienveillance de la part des équipes, avec des collègues à la fois accueillants et disponibles. Le poste proposé présente des enjeux variés et constitue un environnement de travail exigeant et motivant, en adéquation avec mon souhait de m’investir durablement.

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      Cons

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
