      Pros

      Good location at Paddington. Nice offices with free snack and lunch. People actually have lunch in the kitchen area and not desk lunches.

      Cons

      Toxic company where bullies are allowed to impact the cross functional team. Senior leadership not taking responsibility. People are not team players and the whole place is run by fear of a few individuals.

      Pros

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      Pros

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      Cons

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
