      Pros

      The pay was great and the company offered overtime.

      Cons

      It was a dirty place to work, but it’s a cement plant so you have to know what you signed up for. Some tasks can be physically demanding but again it’s a cement plant.

      Distance between site locations sometimes can be gruesome if you don't enjoy driving.
