      There are literally no words of encouragement regarding this position at this company that would be possible. It is a very toxic work environment. The former cement plant at fredonia is defunct.

      Distance between site locations sometimes can be gruesome if you don't enjoy driving.

      Run down equipment and lack of effort from higher ups to fix things properly. Lots of nepotism.
