      Like any company, if they have to fire you, they don't need a reason to do it.

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.
