      Benefits were OK, but nothing special

      Cons

      Zero support with role even though reassured there would be. Everyone is remote so no team bonding. Workloads are heavy and if you do well you're given even more to do. Really cold and unpleasant place to work as a very difficult company to engage with. CEO has been there forever, so no new ideas or thinking.

      The Pittsburgh office ran really well with Remote work, now they're becoming Big Brother.

      People tend to help one another

      Cons

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
