Good company, lots of life long employees, confusing structure - Senior Test Engineer-QA Hitachi Rail Employee Review

Confusing company structure, managers change too frequently, too big and bloated that you never know who is actually making decisions. not much promotion from within and stagnant pay raises. Cafeteria is no longer there and now is just some gas station quality food in a fridge. Weight room is abysmal. Not many other perks such as stock purchase with hitachi.
