      Money is ok and the shift pattern is decent.

      Cons

      Management are terrible. They don’t have an any idea to what actually goes on. You will get asked to do tasks that aren’t safe as you are pressured all the time. Its production over safety.

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
