      They pay you well every month.

      Cons

      The worst company that I have every worked for! No planning and low morale, constantly fire fighting problems with no way forward. Alway promoting the worst possible people for the job.

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
