      Its a job if you want to be unappreciated.

      Cons

      HR department is ridiculously unfriendly. Work isn't distributed fairly. Supervisors take all the credit for what you do. Reviews are unfair and you have no recourse. No place for movement within the organization.

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
