Hitachi Rail Review - Anonymous employee Hitachi Rail Employee Review

I have been working at Hitachi Rail Europe for 3/4 months now and I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like it before! (positively speaking). I feel to be a HRE employee you need to be dynamic, flexible and innovative. I won't lie and say I came to the job possessing all these values at 100%.But over the course of time the experiences I have been exposed to areas of the business which has allowed me to develop these values. I would say another big pro of Hitachi Rail is the diversity within my team, I find myself connecting and networking with people I may not have usually in day-to-day life! Overall, my time so far at HRE has been great! (not without its ups and downs) - I have been able to grow myself professionally in a very short space of time . My advice however to all those looking to join Hitachi would be :Be prepared to get stuck in... ASAP! The HRE environment is extremely fast paced and requires you to be driven and to be able to implement and drive new processes... and never be afraid to ask!
