      Nice company culture. Mostly European management. Nice tools and facilities to do your job.

      Cons

      Remote management from managers is sometimes an issue where same manager is taking care of multiple international projects and travels a lot. This means that you are on your own for most of the times.

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.
