      My immediate bosses are great.

      Cons

      No trust in employees by HR or senior management. Zero written HR policies to back up mandates. 50% office requirement, but office internet has the speed and reliability of 90s dial-up. No internal training on policies, procedures, or technology. Low morale with no effort for improvement.

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
