Worked on the CBTC system. The team was really good and helpful. Whenever I had any questions or doubts, they made sure to answer them and help me understand.

The job timing was all over the place. Most of the time, the shift was a regular 9-5. But sometimes there used to be afternoon shifts from 2pm-10pm and sometimes night shift from 10pm-6am.

People tend to help one another

Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
