Mixed feelings - Anonymous employee Hilti Group Employee Review

Silo mindset in the leadership team and decision making is inconsistent and unclear. Middle managers are in positions for which they are not ready and do nothing to cover for those gaps. Technology and career progression in support functions (Finance, HR, etc) is limited to none. The cultural aspect of Hilti is very clear and you must realize if you fit or not soon (2-3 months after beginning your position)
