Pros
Career opportunities for those who know how to be extremely relational (important: relationship overrules competency and knowledge).
Cons
People say too much that the culture in the company is amazing but I was unable to find a person in there that would (and could) clearly define what and how this great culture is. They managed to brainwash everyone about it and now no one questions it: they all just "buy" the fact that it is a great company and that´s it. That makes leaders be lazy and with no wish to further develp their employees as they believe "all is great since the culture is great!"
