Flexibility in getting involved with projects and new career paths. Competitive Pay and Benefits. Engaging and Challenging work that is rewarding with strong support from top to bottom within plant.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
