      Pros

      The 12 hour shifts are great for my home life as it allows me long weekends as well as built in overtime each paycheck. Really like my coworkers as well as all the activities the company has.

      Cons

      Your on your feet for 12 hours, which at first is hard but you get used to it.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
