      Pros

      Majority of co-workers and NA colleagues are good people and professionals to work with. Good investments in NA, but poor planning and execution of project scope and funding at upper levels.

      Cons

      Last few years NA upper management totally mismanaged the business causing a lot of corporate managers to quit. No plan to develop talent from within and opportunities are filled with German ex-pats or outside hires.

      Pros

      Henkel is truly an amazing place to work. The culture is welcoming, the work is engaging and impactful, and the managers genuinely care about supporting and developing their teams. It’s a place where people are encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed.

      I truly have no cons as I would chose Henkel every day

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
