      Pros

      Solid successful global company. Has multiple locations in the US in a variety of different types of business. Everything from hair care to electronic adhesives. Competitive compensation.

      Cons

      HQ is in Germany. It's quite apparent Germans are given the preferred leadership positions in other countries. Commutation from corporate is inconsistent to the local sites.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
