      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. The people are solid. Good brands. Been with the company over 10 years and the company is always downsizing to make the number

      Cons

      Too many personnel cuts to the sales force has eroded our abilities. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Moral is very low with intense pressure to make a number every month. No long term strategies.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
