      Because Henkel is a centenary company, also, there are "centenary" employees working there, with limitations in term of open mind - they don´t want to change or dare the system.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
