      Pros

      Loved working there. I was given a chance as a receptionist and had no prior experience as a receptionist. I enjoyed my 4 years with S&H. The skills I have learned have prepared me for other jobs. I am really sorry that I was unable to relocate with the company when they relocated from Irvine to Culver City. They provided training and experience.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
