      Very organised structure. Low stress levels and no unrealistic goals

      Cons

      Slow, "old" state of mind, not a young, fast-paced company. General tolerance of slighlty discriminational behaviour. Not many advantages.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
