      Pros

      Because the S&H office is small you will get to experience a lot of different tasks/jobs. I really appreciated the experiences.

      Cons

      Again because the office is small the workload is distributed amongst a few people. The company is large, but this office/division is small.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
