      Pros

      High expectations coming to Henkel given the diverse products array. Family Company atmosphere would be great if they followed those principles.

      Cons

      Extreme organization to the detriment of the business. Management suffocates the employee. Very rigid and inflexible structure. No regard for the team or contributions of non management.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
