Pros
The company itself is not that bad, their products are actually good, but this location is a major red flag, the only good thing about it is that you get paid to do almost nothing all day, put the pay s very low
Cons
toxic environment, full of gossip, bullying, etc. pretty low salary, there is not enough work to be done in your 8 hour shift, resulting in employees messing around and gossiping the whole day, however if you chose not to participate in that they will shun you and make you a topic of the gossip, so very toxic, no flexibility, majority of the work can be done from home, however they don't allow hybrid work.
