      Cons

      Founder led company. Founders have final say, very challenging to convince them of new ideas. Each founder has different ideas. They don't seem to be aligned so company goes from left to right direction. Team work is stimulated but everyone works in silo's because each department focusses on their own OKR's

      Flexible hours One or two days a month allowed to work from home.

      Cons

      Manipulative management Low wages Empty promises Unfriendly environment Managers will actually ask you to your face to automate your own job as much as possible then fire you. Mass employee dismissal leading to overworked remaining employees. Desperate to replace employees with AI. More meetings than solutions.
