Pros
Since working at Helloprint, I have grown and achieved a lot at the start of my career. Grateful for the trust that is given for the responsibilities that I have, and the freedom that comes with it.
Cons
Coming straight out of college, I had to learn fast to deal with handling the amount of responsibilities I get and had to grow in finding my boundaries (and perhaps would have needed a push back). Managing to find a better balance.
