Dear Colleague, Firstly many thanks for everything you did for HKA during your six years working with us. I note you are now a former employee so I wish you all the very best for your future. Thank you for noting that HKA has great people; which I agree with. I am sorry that you feel there was "poor oversight and inadequate support". I respect that these are your feelings; notwithstanding that, I do see this differently.
