      Pros

      A lot of vacation days. Very international work environment, nice staff members.

      Cons

      Very little career progression opportunities. No salary increase or compensation for extra work investment. Work culture is hierarchical and similar to associative world (the organisation considering people working for pleasure but not expecting money back for their commitment), very slow decision process and lack of clear directions.

      A lot of ability to learn about the school through the position, great fun helping professors and administrative staff while meeting MBA students
