Good Place to work for experienced candidates not for freshers.
Cons
Its not that easy to grow with your talent. Even if your project is giving revenue because of you as a factor also, you couldn't get recognized and pay unless you are a jaaldra for your manager. Such an unstructured company I have experienced . HR is a name not an emotion. HR's are present only to suck the managers not to work on their actual duty.
