      Pros

      Good onsite opportunity for 3 yrs or more experience if you work for a production support project. I was lucky enough to work with 2 good managers ..

      Cons

      Review/Appraisal system is worst. If you join the company as a fresher you have to wait for 18 months for the first appraisal. Salary doesn't get incremented to a level with the number of years of experience and also when you get promoted.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
