      1. Onsite opportunities , 2. Good work place, 3. Lots off offices in Chennai 4. Free coffee 5. Good Transportation facilities 6. Lattrels will get good salary

      Cons

      1. 99% Managers wont recognize their resources 2. Lots of politics (Which ever project in HCL you go you will face it) 3. Have to be talk more and work less to get recognized 4. Team which deal with visa (ISG) is horrible and the worst. 5. Very low salary increment for the employees
