Pros
The benefits are excellent. The client base is across the US so one is rather likely to find a position of choice.
Cons
Unfortunately, the performance criterion are often unclear and hinge on business development more than one's immediate responsibilities. Though all consulting agencies emphasize on development, it is particularly stark at HCL. Trainings are limited to HCL's their internal material which is rarely very helpful.
