Decisions from upper management seem to be made blindly and change radically without cause. Decisions are made without input from key stakeholders, often before even collecting information. Upper management is at best ineffectual and unempathetic, but seems to often be intentionally making misguided decisions and attacking individuals for their own shortsightedness.
