Pros

None. There is really nothing worth this company can offer to its employees. I visited their production plant once and I have never seen a most miserable group of employees in my life. People can't smile because they need their jobs.

Cons

No clear guidance on the job description and job expectations. No goals or planning for their activities. This company has no idea what technology market is all about it and it's simply a hardware and contrast solution pusher. Avoid employment with this company at all cost, it's not worthy. Also, they are notorious for not paying expense reports and managers do not clearly revise their own approval process for traveling.
