Pros
The company remains at human size and you can be implied in strategic project easily when you belong to the good department. Wages are pharmacorrect and you have many days off. Some colleagues can be awesome.
Cons
Direction is hardly awesome and location is far from Paris. If you don t belong to the right department with the good boss work can be painful and insufficient rewarded : you are just one among many.
