If mediocrity is your middle name, then this is the place for you, specially in the marcomm division. People who work hard and treat their job seriously don't last too long. At least you have the time to search for a new job.

- no strategy, no expertise from middle and top management - if you speak french or butter up the right person you become manager or director. - lack of respect for employees thus very low engagement rate and lots of people leaving - low salaries and no transparency when bonuses or raises are given, it's only up to the division director - you are not allowed to have an opinion, otherwise you are blacklisted, manager no longer communicates with you and you can say good bye to any career opportunities - micromanagement - no deadlines, everything is urgent until it's done, then becomes unnecessary - no trainings, no perspectives
