Thank you for writing a thoughtful and balanced review. Our Ohio office, like our other sites, is great because of the amazing team members we have there. Even as we grow, we still want to maintain a strong culture, and we believe team events and a focus on caring for employees is the way to do it.
We hear you that the time tracking sw needs help, and we are working on it. (I'm sorry its taking longer than expected to make it less cumbersome.) And, you are correct that we do work really hard - so thank you for your dedication to doing your best. I hope you feel free to use flexible hours and breaks to balance the needs of your personal life. We do want to make sure you have the time to handle personal issues like childcare, doctor appointments, etc. As with all hourly employees, we do offer paid breaks, but you can also take unpaid breaks at any time. Also, ask your manager about how to log work email in your time sheet…this is definitely a paid part of your work. I'm sorry if there was any misunderstanding. But, we are glad to have the opportunity to set it straight.
