Working with Getinge's products and services have a direct impact on patient outcomes, which offers a sense of fulfilment with completing the service.
Cons
The range of products, internal tools and self-accountability can be disorienting at first. Field workers are sometimes disconnected from the "office" culture. Work/Life balance can easily be thrown out the window, but knowing patient outcomes are affected shifts this perspective.
