Starting pay for a first shift warehouse associate is $11.77 per hour. Warehouse is not air conditioned and temperatures can reach 90 degrees in the summer. Supervisors are lazy and do not adress concerns in a prompt manner. There is no room to advance as a warehouse employee and there is a high turnover rate of workers. Annual raises are maxed out at a measly 2%
