      - Great work environment (stress-free / no strict deadlines, daily meetings, good food/coffee) - Usually free to decide what you work on

      Cons

      - Can't do overtime if you want to - Insane code base size that sometimes no one seems to understand (depends on your team I suppose) - Don't really get recognized for your work, but if a minor issue occurs they are quick to blame you
