      Great colleagues. Some very smart people work here.

      Cons

      Mediocre pay. Going back to the office (currently hybrid, but gives the impression of wanting to push for full WFO). I would still be in the company if these were fixed.

Top culture in our industry, and direct line to leadership on marquee deals. CEO and founder who is still highly invovled. Supporting leadership cast that are highly engaged.

      Re-orgs have affected team unity but leadership vision is all about culture, transformation and growth.
