Horrible Department - Applications Support Analyst Genetec Employee Review

Poor training and no training for relevant work Level 2 from CRM Software Support Analyst. They placed me in level 1 for a long time because management felt the agent needed a break from her job. Team leader was condescending, rude and extremely abnoxious throughout the entire 6 weeks I felt like going back to my previous employment every single day. Then put me on the spot for a subject I wasn't fully trained on. It was the worst experience I've ever encountered in 15 years of IT. The only decent employees were HR. Everyone else was rude.
